Our fertility team
About this page
- Last updated
We have been looking after patients with straightforward and complex fertility challenges since 1982. You can trust you are in safe hands and being cared for by a team who have years of success in helping families to have children.
We were the first clinic to have a baby born by IVF in London and we continue to have some of the best success rates in the country. Some of the leading lights in fertility treatment have been part of our team over the years including Professor Robert Winston. We specialise in fertility preservation and have the longest established egg freezing centre in the UK – with over 20 years of experience.
All of our doctors are trained in gynaecology and obstetrics and together cover every aspect of reproductive medicine, including IVF and fertility treatments. Each consultant has special clinical interests so we can treat a broad spectrum of conditions.
Unlike some private fertility clinics, our fertility doctors are Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) accredited reproductive medicine subspecialists. This means all our team can work as NHS consultants and have higher degrees.
Our clinic is part of a large, world-renowned NHS Trust so we can draw on the expertise of clinicians from all different specialities and help patients with complex medical conditions to have successful fertility treatment.
The Wolfson Fertility Centre has close links with Imperial College London too. We use the latest technology and can offer you the chance to take part in research and clinical trials.
